Target audience​

This guide is for new Zprox.Chat users:

  • Workspace admins: who set the workspace up, connect channels, and manage users, plans, and integrations.
  • Sales users: who work the inbox, reply to customers, and manage their assigned leads.
  • Viewers: who need read-only access to conversations and reports.

What you need before you start​

Features of Zprox.Chat
